...my bad...

...so bad I cant even keep up with my blogging!!! I have had Dave nagging non-stop for me to get back on the blogging train... so having waited on the platform for far too long (been sitting on the chocolate looking chairs at lime street!!!) I am BACK!!! just re-read my many posts previous to this one :p I love blogging because then I get to read all the crazyness I had in my life from a few months ago! (hopefully year if I can keep it up) Also ...I bought a ticket today for the blogging train because my animation tutor Laura is blogging and I want to follow her blog and hopefully others! I come across so many inspiring blogs that I just bookmark rather than follow so I have to keep my blog uptodate!!! Plus I need to set a good example to my super creative kids because I want them to blog with their creations :) ok so done LOADS of things since I last posted...like a few hundred cards ...loads of new designs! I am learning a new animation package... On my second year of my degree and just getting towards the end of the first term! BOSS is building upwards!!! Had our talent show where 2 of my kids took part singing their own solos!!! Ellener got 2nd place! :) we had a week of summer school which went so well! New kids and even a mini show at the end! Then in the new term started working on a variety show and booked "the little theater" for February! exciting times! Then we decided to just squeeze in a Christmas concert in these last few weeks! Group 1 are to perform the nativity I wrote proving quite challenging to produce a group of 4 to 7 year olds :) but I am so excited to see them perform!!! Brownies and Guides is going well too...had our end of 100 years of guiding party which was in Birkenhead Park...that was an experience!!! Done lots of activities and stuff ...having a xmas party next week were we invited another Brownie pack over :) Family life is going good... cant wait for xmas hols so kids can chili beans! had various assessments over the summer which confirmed my suspicions as far as autism is concerned... making understanding them a bit more easy when other people come into contact with them :p... but yeah although their specialness is testing! They are fabulous wouldn't change em for anything! My sister had a baby girl 2 weeks ago and also in october my friend Emma got married and she is due a baby in April...my other sister Tarryn is due in Jan! Plus my friends Simon and Nicky are getting married in june 2012 and I am also planning my Mums 50th in January! ...so I have had lots of creativeness going on what with baby showers...nappy cakes...favors...invites...cake designs I completely LOVE it!!! ok got too much to bee getting on with so Back Laters :)

Nappy Cake for my friend Nicci...who had baby Harry on Oct 30th!!! I had a go at decorating the top of this cake for Niccis baby shower! That was fun :) Bespoke cards order for someone having an operation! one of 2 christening cards I did for this set of triplets :) Found this card a bit tricky :s I wanted to keep with the round heads... but I was happy with it in the end :)

...how quick a week goes by!...

...Saturday night all ready! Had loads going on this week...RECAP :p ...Did lots towards getting the show ready...buying costumes...sewing black elastic...designing tickets...ordering medals (an getting a new Tinkerbell design key cut while we where there :p) ...Just have to go over what everyone is doing and check who needs what help tomorrow and then its will be rehearsals weds and thurs and bam show Friday! exciting stuff! (Had a crazy idea that came to me in Asda to dress a dance as though the dancers had just woke up and were dancing in their nightmare hence them all wearing pjs that have been ripped up and zombified :) cheap and easy! ..Dave took graduation card in and I ended up with card orders for best teacher (boys and girls) and also graduation cards (boys and girls) so I got them all ready and Dave took them back in that day :) ...the lady who ordered the graduation card sent a really nice email through the website which was nice!!! I'd just like to thank you for the fantastic graduation card you made for me. My daughter will be thrilled on the day. She has always made beautiful, funny cards for me and others and a lot of thought goes into them and I know she will be tickled pink by your card and I'm delighted to have a special one for her. I am SO pleased with it. The girl is just right, the dog looks so like our spaniel, the colours in the gown are exactly right and the origami cranes are marvelous! Thank you SO much for a perfect card. I will be recommending you to all my friends, Julia I feel really good I made something that someone loved so much! I got a new order for 2 bespoke cards for 2 teachers... they want big cards for the pupils to sign so its going to be a bit of a challenge! I made a Brownie card for the brownies and also a card for an old lady :)I got a new phone which is touchscreen so I am finding it tricky to figure out! Had a bbq in the park with guiding...lots of games and the unveiling of the centenary stone. Went on a school trip on Thursday to a language festival!!! Rather inspiring!!! Ended up on a mini road trip to Manchester to help bring a friends car home! ...went to a "beach party" on Friday night in a pub :) but ended up going to watch Eclipse again!!! So much better second time around... Tired now so back laters ...ps I took the kids cards down I did them for their birthdays... I really like them :)

...weekends gone quick...

...OMG Twilight Eclipse... grrrr that was the best!!! I think Team Jacob may just be in the lead! watched all 3 movies on Friday! even though Eclipse didn't finish until 2.30 am I was too hyped an lovin it to be tired! Cant wait to go and see it again next weekend! (My visual Theory classes keep popping into my head when I watch a film now... we had a session where the tutor Lewis talked about how a movie works using stuff a guy called TODOROV. Its really interesting an I come up with ways to write my books and stories better. Cool link worked on and finally finished the card using origami birds it was a graduation card! I also made a footballer card for a West Ham fan! ...Saturday we had a summer party at my lil brother Micks house... I had to make some new card designs because my sister Tarryn passed her driving test, Mick won a Boxing match and I hadn't seen my grandad or my Nephew Mason for their birthdays :) ...had a really nice time because I LOVE family get togethers! ...B.O.S.S went well today...worked with groups 1 and 2 on their individual pieces for the show. Some of the kids really make me laugh!!! Really looking forward to the show now. :p ...Going to Chill for a bit :)

...very full few days! today I slept a lot because I have some sort of bug!!! feeling a little better tonight although still not 100% :s Found a portfolio with some old card designs in...so I packed them up and gona see if the market wants to buy 100 cards off me! Tuesday Dave went to a card shop and got a new bespoke card order... a graduation card with lots of origami birds on it so I have been making lots of lil birds tonight :) ...he went to another shop and theres an order on its way so going to be busy :p ...took the christening and wedding cards and they were well recieved which made my very happy! went for tea at Emmas with our Clare and had a fab catch up although sad that lid wasnt able to make it! Then went for a B.O.S.S meeting and made plans for getting everything ready for a show we are doing in a couple of weeks! Wednesday I went to college to get my results...had to see each tutor and get marks for each module! Overall have had a fab 1st year and was very proud at how well I had done! Looking forward to my 2nd year! Then went to order medals and get some costumes for the show... Brownies went well making felt purses towards our tee-pee badges! Then made Indian bread and friendship bracelets @ guides! ...hope I am okay tomorrow for the twilight triple bill!!! and hopefully work more on my book! back later :)

...soooo sleepy yesterday! Gave the invites, sold a couple of Best Teacher cards :) got a great sleep last night. feeling good today... put my storyboards into a book which I am going to use to log any ideas an develop them... sort of excited but I know I am about to get a big order through from a shop so its like the calm before the storm. saw a link to news about an animated Adams family that says Tim Burton maybe involved!!! Whoop whoop exciting! :D I go back into college on Wednesday for my end of year results... trying not to think about it too much :) back laters

Woop Woop lil ole blogging me!!! Don't know how this will all work but am up for giving it a go :) Had a super productive couple of days! Finished the 100 invites for Kerry and Phils 30th bash! Printed and made up a christening and wedding card order. Designed and printed up some Best Teacher cards and I remembered to print up some for my portfolio! Plus a new home card! and yesterday... I started storyboarding my new story idea that Dave came up with! Quite exciting really although I am crazily tired now! Gotta be up early for BOSS so will have to come back later! :) ps how obsessed have I been today with the Glee version of Poker Face? Love it
